Online Training and Nutrition Plans

I work with a small group of clients, both male and female, to provide training and/or nutrition plans. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or is more sports specific (such as training for a marathon) I will create a bespoke plan for you. I typically work with clients for a minimum of three months, as experience tells me that this is a realistic and healthy timeframe in which to achieve significant results. Prices may vary depending on your needs, but typically look like this:

Training, Nutrition and Supplementation – £100 per calendar month.

Training OR Nutrition – £75 per calendar month.

These prices include:

  • A full analysis of your current lifestyle, training and diet.
  • A structured plan that is unique to you, taking into account your goals, lifestyle, training history and dietary preferences.
  • Unlimited contact with me via email, with a guaranteed response within 48 hours (with the exception of holidays, for which you would receive prior notice).
  • A fortnightly Skype consultation, to discuss progress and make any alterations to the plan as deemed necessary.

Personal Training

I work as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active in Brighton, right next to the Amex stadium; the home of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. My sessions are typically an hour in length, and are tailored to your goals and needs. I am also available for buddy or group Personal Training sessions on request.

There are so many things I have improved on since training with Kate, but I think this is a big change – Kate has transformed my legs (something I avoid training), but after a few weeks the definition is showing and I have the confidence to train on my own. Not being able to walk for two days afterwards is the only downside!


Yoga and Meditation Classes

I currently teach weekly Yoga and Meditation classes at Virgin Active in Brighton, where I guide my students in forming a practice that is mindful, intuitive and nourishing. I use elements of Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin Yoga, alongside Buddhist philosophy, to inform my teaching. I also run Yoga and Wellbeing retreats, both in the UK and abroad, which gives students the opportunity to further explore and deepen their physical and spiritual practice.
